New Company Policies
Here at Duo Tones Salon Company we take pride in, stand by and guarantee our work. If you are unsatisfied, we would like you to consult and communicate with your service provider and together come up with a solution. The Duo Tones Salon Company management team and salon owner are also happy to help provide other alternatives. Guest redo’s will only be honored if Duo Tones Salon Company has been contacted within 7 days of the original service and if you have not seen another salon in between your service.
Services: If you are unsatisfied with the result of a service and have consulted with and received a redo and are still unhappy, Duo Tones Salon Company owner will use reasonable and fair judgement on any decision to refund a guest.
Products: If you are unsatisfied with a product purchased at Duo Tones Salon Company and have clearly used less than 25% of the product, you can receive a refund within 30 days of the original purchase, with a receipt showing it was bought from our company. Management will appropriately evaluate and make the final decision on any product return.
We, at Duo Tones Salon Company, understand that issues arise. We believe in being fair. Therefore, we make note of but do not charge for one cancelation that occurs under 24 hours of your appointment. However, if within one calendar year it happens again, we will charge for 50% of the amount of the scheduled appointment(s). Please call the salon if you can not keep your online booked appointment, you can not cancel already scheduled online appointments.
No Show Policy:
We, at Duo Tones Salon Company, feel that our service providers and the demand of their time should be respected. In the event of a no show, we will charge the guest 50% of the amount of the scheduled appointment(s).
Loyalty Program: Our Loyalty Program is new and up and running, it is now restructured to better fit the needs of everyone at our company. It is different than the punch cards we used to have in the sense that you are not having to spend $25.00 every time on just a service, but now you will get a point for every appointment booked any service you get and any product you buy. This can also be cashed in at your convenience on any service's and you do not have to fill a card and wait to get a deal. However the % per punch is different we feel we have made it fair to every guest that walks through our door, as everyone that is a guest of Duo Tones Salon Company is very valuable.
