DUO TONES ASSOCIATE PROGRAM
New stylists - we can't wait to meet you! Duo Tones Salon will provide you with a customized training program that will guarantee to challenge your strengths and support you where you need it most! With one on one coaching and hands on training we will focus on guest experience, hair extensions, foundational color, cutting and finishing techniques, product knowledge and more! In addition to the one-to-one coaching, associates also have weekly opportunity days to work on your own clientele and practice your skills.
ESTHETICIANS + LASH ARTISTS
Looking for a new salon home? Duo Tones wants to meet you! We work with Estheticians and Lash Artists at every level to provide your career with new life and inspiration! As a commission service provider we guarantee that you will be supported with all the tools needed to be more successful than you ever imagined!
GUEST SERVICES
Guest Service Experts are responsible for maintaining the salon and spa front of house. This includes first and foremost, giving our clientele a seamless, friendly experience both in person and on the phone. You will be thoroughly trained to offer our guests additional service opportunities and at-home care.
